Medication Refills:

When you need a refill for a medication, please contact your pharmacy first. If there are automatic refills, they will take care of the issue. Otherwise, please call for refills of prescriptions during regular office hours. We will not be able to call in refills or new prescriptions if patient care has not been established in our clinic.

We do not call in prescriptions for antibiotics to pharmacies, unless it is in response to testing ordered by the office such as for strep or urine cultures.

Please allow two business days for a refill request to be processed. Allow one week for mail-in prescriptions.

For controlled substances: by federal law we cannot call in prescriptions for theses medications (ADHD medication, narcotics etc.). Please follow the directions for refills and understand that your prescription will need to be picking up in person.
